  • For May 24 Welcome to Lower School!

    Anne Hart
    Parents of current grade two students are invited to meet with Head of Lower School Lainie Schuster and third grade teachers Katie Frazzette and Katie Buteau next Thursday, May 30 at 2:00 p.m. to discuss the transition from second to third grade. The meeting will be held in Lower School classrooms 228 and 230 in the Root Building. Grade two students will participate in grade three activities and have lunch with Lower School on May 29 and 30.

    Dress code for the student visits next week are:  Boys: Collared shirts please!  Shorts and sneakers are permissible, Ties are not required.   Girls: Shirts must have collars, and sleeveless dresses/shirts must be covered by a cardigan or shrug.  No leggings please. Blazers are not required for boys or girls.

  • For May 24 Grades Four and Five to the Community Harvest Project

    On May 22, students in grades four and five spent the day at Grafton's Community Harvest Farm.

    Community Harvest Farm supports families and organizations in Worcester County by growing thousands of pounds of fresh food each season. Fay students helped to prepare the fields and plant this year's crops.  In September, Grades 5 and 6 will return to the farm for the Fall harvest.

  • Welcome to Seventh Grade! An Informational Meeting for Sixth Grade Parents Next Wednesday

    Parents of sixth grade students who are entering grade seven in fall 2019 are invited to meet with Head of Upper School Sarah Remsberg, Seventh Grade Class Dean Emily Gifford, and Athletic Director Rob Feingold from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. on Wednesday, May 22 in the Root Meeting Room. This informational meeting will include a discussion of the day-to-day activities and schedule in Upper School to help parents prepare for their child's move to seventh grade. We look forward to seeing you there!

  • Grade Nine Program Request Form

    The online Program Request Form for students entering grade nine in fall 2019 is now available. Please read the instructions below to complete the form. Your form must be submitted no later than Tuesday, May 28.

  • Ninth Grade Cookout May 31

    The Office of Advancement will host an end-of-year cookout for the Class of 2019 on Friday, May 31, at 5:30 p.m. The cookout will take place in the Mars Room. Please note that this is a required event. Student dress code: Casual. Clothing should be neat and presentable. Shirts must have collars and be tucked in. Neat jeans are acceptable. Belts, shoes, and socks must be worn. Track suits, t-shirts, and sweatpants are not permitted. The cookout will be followed by an outdoor movie on the quad for all Upper School students, with pickup for day students scheduled for 9:00 p.m. in Harlow Circle.
