  • Donate to Mooseduds

    Clean out those closets before summer and donate any outgrown dress code clothing to Mooseduds! Mooseduds is Fay's very own resource for gently worn dress code clothing. Mooseduds is open every Wednesday morning from 7:45 - 8:45 a.m. and for 30 minutes following all Open Parent Meetings. If you are looking to drop off your donation outside of Mooseduds' regular hours, there is a collection bin outside of Mooseduds. Mooseduds is located on the lower level of the Camp Dining Room Building.

  • Reminder: All School Dismissal at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, May 22

    On Monday, May 22, all students will be dismissed at 3:00 p.m. so that faculty and staff can attend professional development and planning meetings. There will be no sports or supervised study hall. Fay After School and Clubs will run. Buses will depart at 3:05 p.m. Pickup locations are the same, and carpool pickup is based on the youngest member of the group. Please allow extra time to collect your child or children and please drive through the pickup areas with care.

  • School Store

    Come check out the new items at the School Store and do some last minute shopping before the school year wraps up. The School Store is open Monday Friday from 8:00 - 10:30 a.m. and again from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. We are located on the lower level of the Upjohn Building. (Please see campus map for directions.)

  • Spring Post Season Schedule May 30 - June 8

    The spring athletic season will end on Friday May 26. There will be a mandatory team clean up day on Tuesday, May 30, and the Athletics Award Ceremony will be held on Monday June 6. Otherwise, there will be optional activities offered daily from 3pm-4:30pm from May 31- June 8. A detailed schedule will be posted in next week's Friday E-News.

  • Ensure you receive automated notifications of school cancellations

    In order to receive an automated notification of school cancellations, delayed openings, and unannounced early dismissals, each student's emergency contact phone numbers must be accurate. Please follow the steps below to update your child's emergency contact phone numbers:
    1. Log in to MyFay
    2. Go to your child's name in the top left corner of the page
    3. Click on the "Contact Card" tab
    4. Click on "Manage" under "Emergency Contacts" [Click here for details]
    5. The "Active" numbers listed are the numbers called in the event of a school cancellation, delay, or early dismissal
    6. The "Inactive" numbers are all the phone numbers in our records for your family
    7. Drag and drop between the two lists to update your "Active" phone number(s)
    8. Once you've dragged the appropriate contact to the "Active" section, click on the "Automated Call" drop-down and select "Emergency Only" [Click here for details]
    9. Click "Save" to close the box and return to your child's contact card page. You should now see the emergency contacts listed [Click here for details]

  • Phebe Emerson Visits Fifth Grade

    Yesterday, fifth grade students continued their study of the road to the Revolutionary War with a visit from Jan Turnquist who gave a living history performance as Phebe Bliss Emerson, a minister's wife in Concord, MA and the grandmother of Ralph Waldo Emerson. Phebe Emerson's first-hand account of the escalating events that lead to  "the shot heard round the world" on Concord's North Bridge gave students a riveting account of the human experience behind the history. This event was brought to you by the Fay Parents' Association.

  • Upper School Informational Meeting for Grade Six Parents May 24

    Parents of rising sixth grade students are invited to meet with Head of Upper School Matt Heard, Seventh Grade Class Dean Emily Gifford, and Athletic Director Rob Feingold from 8:15-9:15 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24 in the Root Meeting Room. They’ll share information regarding the daily workings of the Upper School in preparation for your child’s seventh grade year.
