Veracross Portal

All Fay families have access to the school's Veracross family portal. The portal provides families with access to their student’s schedule, grades, and records. The portal also provides helpful links to important information, such as faculty and family directories, Magnus Health, Blackbaud Tuition Management, the school and athletics calendars, dining menus, Extended Fay registration, our carpool resource, and more.

  • How do I access the portal for the first time?

    1. Click the link below to access the Veracross login.
    2. Click on "Can't access your account?".
    3. Enter your email address and click "Send Instructions" to receive an email with a password reset link.
    4. Check your email and click "click this link to reset it".
    5. Select a Veracross password.
    6. Log in to your Veracross account using the password you just created, and you will be taken to the family portal.

  • How do I update my profile?

    After logging in, you should perform the following steps:
    1. Click the "Update My Profile" button.
    2. Verify and edit the following sections
      1. Update Household Profile
      2. Directory Preferences

  • Can I access the portal on my phone?

    Yes, you can access the portal within a normal browsing window on a mobile device. In the coming weeks we will also be launching a mobile app, so stay tuned for more details!

  • How can I find information about carpooling?

    After logging in, click on "Fay Family Resources" at the top of your screen and then click "Carpooling" to view and access Fay's carpooling resource for families. Here you can view other families' carpooling needs or add your own.

    To help with carpooling, we also suggest that you view the student directory that can be found on the family portal home screen within the quick links section. Here, you can search the directory by location to find other families that may live close to you.

  • When will I be able to view the directory?

    The directory for the 2026-2027 school year will be updated on July 1. After that time, families will be able to see students in their current grade.

  • How do I use all the calendars on the portal?

    To view calendars related to your students only, view the "Coming up for My Students" section on the family portal home screen or the "View My Household Calendar" button directly beneath. 

    To view calendars for the entire school, view the "Quick Links" on the family portal home screen and click on "School Calendar" or "Athletic Calendar."
