Our boarders are part of a strong network of connection.
Along with Fay’s Head of School Rob Gustavson, Fay’s campus is home to more than 30 members of Fay’s faculty and staff and their families. As dorm parents, these faculty and staff build strong connections with Fay’s boarding students. Meet a few of our dorm parents below!

Dorm: Duty Administrator in all the dorms
Family: Rob lives on campus with his wife Dana, an educator at a nearby school and his two children, Alexandra (Grade 8) and Camden (Grade 6), who attend Fay.

Role at Fay: Director of Secondary School Counseling (Courtney) and Lower School P.E. (Will)

Family: Andrew lives on campus with his wife Caitlin, an educator at a nearby independent school, his son, who attends Fay's Early Learning Center, and his two dogs.
