Free Programs for Parents and Young Children

Saturdays at Fay is a series of free Saturday morning programs designed for young children along with their parents/guardians. All programs take place at Fay’s Primary School, located at 23 Middle Road in Southborough and are open to the public. 


Little Groove Music
Saturday, September 26, 9:00 - 10:00 AM
Join us for a fun and interactive concert with Little Groove Music
that will feature hands-on activities with drums and other percussion instruments.

Music at the Blissful

Saturday, January 16, 9:00 - 10:00 AM
Join Evan Haller, an award winning, national touring children's musician, for a concert perfect for young movers and shakers. Children will explore movement, imaginative play, and spacial awareness through music, and the concert will not only entertain them, but it will also help them grow mentally, physically, emotionally, and cognitively. 

A Jurassic Balloon Magic Adventure

Come join us for an exciting morning featuring a dinosaur-themed balloon magic show by Jungle Jim of Boston! This high-energy performance will keep kids captivated and engaged from beginning to end. With a mix of storytelling, magic, interactive play, and plenty of balloons, it's a show you won't want to miss!

Musical Puppet Show

Join musician and puppeteer Tom Knight for an interactive musical performance featuring original songs, puppetry, and audience participation. Designed for family audiences, this engaging show combines humor, music, and movement to create a memorable, high-energy experience.

Circus Around the World
Saturday, May 8, 9:00 - 10:00 AM
From spinning tops and yo-yos to Indian club juggling and the ancient origins of circus arts in Egypt, join us for a circus show that explores world cultures through the toys and tricks they play with.

Who can attend?
Saturdays at Fay is free to attend, open to the public, and designed for young children. Parents/guardians must accompany their children at all times during the event and must register in advance.

Parking
Please park in Harlow Circle, which can be accessed via Fay School's East Entrance. Click here for directions to the East Entrance, located at 23 Middle Road in Southborough, MA. 

Event Location
Saturdays at Fay take place at Fay’s Primary School. Check-in will take place inside the front door to the building for registered guests.

Fay School's 66-acre campus is located in Southborough, MA, just 25 miles west of Boston. Our community includes day students in Kindergarten through grade nine and boarding students in grades seven through nine.

Our teachers work closely across grades and across disciplines to create a rich program that teaches foundational skills while also supporting critical thinking and creativity. Fay teachers believe in making learning "serious fun" - engaging, meaningful, authentic, and appropriately challenging.
 
Fay’s traditional curriculum is balanced with an innovative focus on creativity and design in every discipline. In every grade, students participate in classes where they are challenged to identify problems, think creatively, and iterate and test solutions. Many of these classes take place in Fay School’s new Center for Creativity and Design, a 7,000 square-foot space with dedicated spaces for designing, fabrication, and tinkering.
