Part-Time Equipment Manager

Beginning October 2026
Description:
The Equipment Manager oversees the maintenance of the School’s athletic equipment and uniforms. This position reports to the Director of Athletics. This position is Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend hours when athletic tournaments and meets are scheduled. This is a part-time, school year staff position and is not eligible for benefits. Campus housing may be available.  The pay rate for this position is $20/hour with 20 - 25 hours per week expected between the hours of 11:30 am and 3:30 pm.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • CPR, AED, First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogens certification

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage and maintain inventory of the School’s athletics equipment and uniforms, including performing annual maintenance checks and recommending purchases to the Director of Athletics for budget planning.
  • Support students and coaches with equipment, uniforms, and supply needs as they arise.
  • Organize and maintain the equipment room space and inventory and complete the daily tasks and functions required.
  • Set up and break down all fields for daily practices and games
  • In collaboration with the Director of Athletics, ensure that the School’s athletics program meets required safety standards
