Volleyball at Fay School

During the fall sports season, Fay volleyball utilizes two full-size courts in Harlow Gymnasium. The program consists of two competitive teams—Varsity and Junior Varsity—with three full-time Fay faculty members comprising the coaching staff. The varsity team competes against both peer schools and secondary school junior varsity teams. Many of our volleyball players go on to play at highly competitive NEPSAC secondary schools.

Harlow Gym - 23 Middle Road, Southborough, MA
Parking is available at Fay’s East Entrance and Harlow Gym is located inside Harris Events Center. The main entrance to the building is located on the second floor. To access Harlow Gym go down one level upon entering. 

Coaching Staff

Varsity - Head Coach

Jack Wong
Jack has been a multi-sport coach at Fay for over 15 years. Jack
joined Fay’s coaching staff as a part time coach in 2007. He has coached
basketball, volleyball, softball, and baseball. Currently, Jack is the Fay Primary School PE teacher. During the summer, Jack works as the sports specialist at FaySummer Camp. Outside of Fay, Jack has coached AAU basketball and girls junior club volleyball. In addition, Jack also runs the pre-school soccer and girls volleyball programs at the Northborough Town Recreation Department. 

JV - Head Coach

Skylar Segilman
Skylar joined Fay in 2024 from Shady Hill School, where she was a Lower School counselor. She has also been a clinical consultant at Castle Hill Counseling and Consulting for the last two years. Additionally, Skylar has been a social and emotional skills teacher with Boston Public Schools, a social and emotional teaching assistant at Shore Country Day School, and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Teaching Educator at The Fenn School. Skylar holds a master's degree in social work from Boston University.
