Girls - 5/6

Lara came to Fay in 2011 and has taught English, reading, and writing in both Upper School and Lower School. She has been active as an athlete her whole life: as a student at Dublin School, she was an alpine skier in addition to playing soccer and lacrosse; later at St. Lawrence University, she played Division III lacrosse. Before coming to Fay, Lara taught English and coached soccer and lacrosse at New Hampton School and then Graland Country Day School; she continues to coach at Fay, where her focus during practice is on individual and team goal setting, with the aim of helping students to develop the skills as well as the character of an athlete.
