Baseball at Fay School

During the spring sports season, Fay baseball utilizes three different diamonds on both the Main Campus and our 36-acre Athletic Campus. The varsity diamond is one of Fay’s signature athletic fields that was installed by professional designers from the Red Sox organization. The junior varsity team plays on a Babe Ruth size field, while the 5th and 6th grade team competes on a Little League size field. On rainy days, the teams are bussed to two indoor facilities (In The Batter’s Box and HitQuarters). The varsity team plays a highly competitive schedule, including many games against top secondary schools in the area. At the end of the season, the team participates in an annual Junior School Championship Tournament. Many of Fay’s baseball players have gone on to play at top NEPSAC secondary schools.
