Families with a child entering grade three to nine in fall 2012 must complete the PROGRAM SELECTION FORM

Please follow these instructions when completing the forms:

Before you begin making program selections, please be sure to select your child's grade level for the 2012-2013 school year and "new student" from the drop-down menus. The form will then automatically refresh to show only the programs applicable to your child.

• The form must be completed and submitted in one sitting. You cannot save the form and come back to it later. When you click 'Save,' the form is submitted to the Registrar's office. Links to program descriptions are available throughout the form.

• Please submit a separate form for each child.

• Students are generally required to continue with their current world language (if applicable). If you are interested in changing your language selection, please contact Alina Argueta, World Language Department Chair, to request a change.
