Willie joined the Fay community in 2024. Previously, Willie spent seventeen years working at his alma mater, Brooks School in North Andover. At Brooks, he served in many roles, including Dean of Students, Assistant Director of Admission, History Teacher, and Alumni Gifts Officer. Willie was also an advisor, dorm parent, and coach. Under his leadership, his soccer teams experienced tremendous success with numerous ISL and New England Championships, along with a multitude of Brooks players continuing their careers at the collegiate and professional level. Willie is a proud graduate of Bowdoin College, where he majored in government and legal studies. He holds a NSCAA National Diploma in coaching.
