Extended Fay Associate

Description:
Fay School seeks reliable, energetic, and fun applicants for the role of Extended Fay Associate. Through the Fay School Auxiliary Programs Office, Extended Fay offers after-school programming to enrich student learning and provide care options for busy families. During the academic year, the program runs from 3:00-6:00 PM each school day.
Associates guide students from Kindergarten through Grade 4 during daily snacks, social time, and age-appropriate, engaging indoor and outdoor activities. Associates are responsible for overseeing a group of students as well as planning and implementing activities and ensuring a safe, enriching, and enjoyable atmosphere.
Fay is seeking candidates who will be available throughout the whole academic year and are motivated to add to the excellent level of child care and enrichment offered through Extended Fay. There are additional opportunities to work within Vacation Camp programs and other events. This is a part-time position and is not eligible for benefits.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 19 years old, holding or working toward a Bachelor's Degree.

Previous experience working with children in a school, camp, after-school, or daycare setting.

First Aid certification is preferred.

Physical ability to carry supplies, set up activities, and supervise active play.
