• How does the Book Fair work?

  All students will visit the Book Fair that week during the school day, and each student will receive a $10 credit from Fay to purchase books. Any additional Book Fair purchases will be made via your Blackbaud Tuition Management account: Families in Kindergarten - Grade 6 must complete the Book Fair Authorization Form before November 28, 2024 to approve any additional purchases over $10. Upper School students do not require the completed form to make additional purchases.

  
  Please note that K-6 students are limited to purchasing two books per person during the school day. We welcome families to return to the Book Fair anytime during the Fair’s open hours to purchase more books. Remember, every purchase you make benefits Fay!

• How much money should I allow my child to spend?

  Books at the Book Fair generally range in price from $3.99 to $24.99 and are priced as you would similarly find in a bookstore. Based on this information, parents can determine the appropriate dollar amount for their child.

  Students in Kindergarten through Grade 6 will be limited to two book purchases during their class visit. Upper School students should discuss book quantities with their parents prior to attending the Book Fair.

• Can we purchase books online?

  No. There is not an online book component this year.
  

• Will novelties and other non-book merchandise commonly seen at book fairs be for sale as well?

  During the class visits, only books will be available for purchase.

• Can I visit the Book Fair when my child’s class is visiting?

  Parents, friends, and family are welcome to come to the book fair during any open hours on December 10-12.
