The karate program will develop focus, teamwork, balance, control, discipline, memory, coordination, and fitness by using fun karate drills and exercises. These skills help students in karate class, in school, and at home. Karate is about making the world a better place for the student and for those with whom they interact. Students can earn their white belt or a stripe to add to their belt if they have already earned a white belt.
