The Fay Gala is the Parents' Association’s primary fundraiser and is held every other year. It is our opportunity as members of the Fay community to financially support the School and ensure the continuation of programs that enrich our children’s experiences at Fay.
Attendance - Join us at the Spring Gala! Not only will you be supporting a worthy cause, but you will have a chance to bid on amazing items.
Time - Give of Yourself! Help parents from all grade levels plan a successful event. We have many opportunities to fit your time and talent, especially on the day and evening of event. We need your help to make this auction a success! Please consider donating an item. If it is something you would like, then chances are the other Fay families will also. Below are a few best-selling highlights from different categories:
GETAWAYS AND OUTINGS: think Escape! A week or long weekend at your vacation home or favorite getaway y, train, airline tickets or sailing excursions.
WINE and GOURMET: think Delectable! Catered dinners, wine tastings, gift certificates to your favorite restaurants; fine wines group dinners or vineyard tours.
SPORTS and ENTERTAINMENT: think Fun! Tickets to the theatre, concerts, professional sporting events, lessons, sporting equipment and memorabilia.
KIDS SCENE: think Son or Daughter! If your child would like, it’s a perfect fit! Electronics, summer camps, birthday parties and the latest fashion.
BOUTIQUE: think Easy! Share the businesses you support (or work at, or own) with other Fay families: everything from dry cleaners to dentists and massage therapists to manicurists. It’s a win-win for the business who might find a new customer! Best time to ask for a donation; when you are already in the place of business.
FAY’S BEST: think “Dedicated”! Our very own faculty and staff donate special experiences and items that are always an auction favorite.

A Gala donation box has been placed in Sarah Revell's office, located on the first floor of the Root Building, for the collection of small items and gift certificates. It is important to us that we acknowledge your generosity, so please label your item. We will also gladly coordinate arrangements for pick-up of donation items too.
We encourage all Fay parents to be part of this wonderful community even if you are unable to join us in person. There are several ways for you to do so: donate an item or experience to the auction, host a faculty member, or be a Gala sponsor. Your support is appreciated!
There will be an offering of a signature drink on a first-come, first served basis during the cocktail reception. Wine will be included with your meal. A selection of alternate wines will be available by the bottle for cash purchase as well. In addition, there will be a cash bar for other drink preferences.
We have a wonderful menu planned for your dining experience. If you would prefer a vegetarian meal, one will be available at your request. Please inform us prior to the Gala as advance notice will help The International plan accordingly.
The Quickie Board is a timed-auction format that allows you to bid competitively on items listed on a board. The Quickie Boardwill be running during the silent auction and will contain many unique and exciting items and experiences.
