Khedive McIntosh has signed an NCAA National Letter of Intent, committing to continue his career as a student-athlete at Syracuse University this fall, competing in soccer as a left wing back/center midfield. He has been a member of Lawrenceville’s boys varsity soccer team, at midfield and striker. He was selected to the NJ.com Prep All-Star Honorable Mention Team in 2015 and played in the Mercer County Senior Soccer game with some of the area’s best players. He said he chose Syracuse “because I’ve always been intrigued with the entrepreneurship opportunities and internships it has to offer.”
Blake Eldridge, head coach of Lawrenceville’s boys varsity soccer team, says that Khedive’s unique contributions include his “optimism, heart, and his ability to navigate tight spaces with the ball. Add to that his strength, and opponents are very often surprised by how physically he plays the game. He sends messages with his tackles and talent.”
Off the field at Lawrenceville, Khedive was a member of several student organizations, including the Religious Life Council.
