Fay Library is keeping current with the latest in e-books and e-content. We provide access to several different kinds of collections. Students, please refer to your Resources page in MyFay for login information:

MLS Commonwealth eBook Collection -- popular fiction and non-fiction ebooks and audiobooks browsable by subjects, genres, and levels. Just use your school accounts to log in. You may also download the Sora app (by OverDrive) to enjoy thousands of titles in this collection
Tumble Book Library -- has over 1100 titles for grades K-6, and includes animated, talking picture books, read-along chapter books, national geographic videos, non-fiction books, playlists, as well as books in Spanish and French. Plus, the collection features Graphic Novels – a student favorite!
Gale eBooks -- full text of hundreds of print reference works, digitized and key-word searchable
Digital Commonwealth of Massachusetts -- access to thousands of images, documents, and sound recordings of cultural heritage materials
MackinVia -- a collection of 75 books from nonfiction to fiction to graphic novels to current issues
Abdo Digital -- 42 non-fiction books, mostly country books, for grades 3-6.
The International Children's Digital Library -- a library for the world's children searchable by country, language, genre, length, and age group
Open Library -- an online project intended to create "one web page for every book ever published." It also provides direct online access to many public-domain and out-of-print books. Sign up for a free account to borrow and read.
Project Gutenberg -- offers over 62,000 free ebooks: choose among free epub books, free kindle books, download them or read them online. Type keyword(s) in the search box at the top left and hit enter.
Amazon Top 100 Free Books -- use your Amazon account to access, and the Kindle app may be needed.

LibriVox audiobooks are free for anyone to listen to, on their computers, iPods or other mobile device.
