Leadership in faculty and staff compensation

Every Fay student and alumnus can name a teacher, a coach, an adviser who bolstered their confidence, shaped their thinking, guided them in their formative years. Our faculty and staff are essential members of the Fay partnership. We expect—and our students deserve—a staff of extraordinarily smart, sensitive adults with a broad range of talent and experience. To recruit and retain them—to be a model, a leader—we need to compensate them well. We seek an eight million dollar endowment to provide $400,000 in annual income to support this goal.
