Fay School teachers are given the freedom to do what they do best—teach. Working with colleagues, teachers devise lessons they believe are best conducive to learning. Teachers at Fay have an average of 14 years teaching experience with seven of those years at Fay. 70% hold master’s degrees; an additional 19% are enrolled in graduate study. Fay School is accredited by AISNE (Association of Independent Schools in New England) and is a member of NAIS (National Association of Independent Schools).
